I have a Windows Server 2003 machine that runs a few programs at startup. I have a domain account already configured to login automatically when the machine reboots. Sometimes these programs hang up 2-3 times a day, and need to be restarted. I am trying to find an easy way to do this without having to connect to the machine manually and do this. I found a script to log the user off, which will in effect stop the programs. Now, my question is this: Can a VB script log on a user to this machine remotely? I don’t know quite enough about VB scripting to accomplish this. Or is there another alternative? I would really like to try this with scripting, though. I have been searching as much as I can, but am not finding much. Any help is well appreciated.
