vbajet32.dll failed to initialize

After running the setup for a VB-5 application when I try to run it I get the following message:

Run-time error ‘3447’
The Jet VBA file (VBAJET.dll for 16-bit versions, or VBAJET32.dll for 32_bit versions) failed to initialize when called. Try reinstalling the application that returned the error.

Any help will be appreciated.
