vbScript to copy modified data

Can anyone help creating a VBScript to copy data to another location that has been modified within the last 24 hours. I have done some research but cn’t seem to find any real solutions that I understand. If anyone is good enough to show me how this is done that would be greatly appeiciated. Many thanks..
