Vendor Contract Template

I am in the process of contracting with a Technical Services company to do some server setup and security configuration work for a web server. I?d like to put together some type of agreement document that will outline the responsibilities of the project and to protect my interests in the event of any type of ?mishap?. Do any of you have any templates or examples that could guide me in preparing this sort of document?
