Veritas 8.6 on win2000 pro

I did a fresh install of win2000pro on my pc. I loaded office 2000, mcafee and exch 5.5. Now I’m trying to load Vertias backup exec admin and its stalling at the end of the installation. It worked before. Don’t know what’s wrong. My pc has sp4
