Veritas Backup Exec 10.0 and Lotus Domino 7.0

I am using Backup exec 10.0 for all of my server 2003 backups. Recently on my Domino server, I have noticed that the size of the backup on the tape had decreased drastically. I went into the backup job to see the selections it was backing up. For the Lotus database, it is not seeing all of the .nsf files in the directory. It is stopping at the J’s for some reason. Does anyone know how to get Veritas to see the rest of the .nsf files?? I have stopped and restarted the Veritas services several times. Thank you in advance.
