Veritas backupexec

I am running Symantec Backup Exec 10d for Windows Servers on With Window 2003

Currently i am using the following script to bring down backupexec services. However i found that the 2 services does not come down automatically namely mssql$bkupexec and backupexec remote agent.
Is there a better script to do it?

net stop “Backup Exec Agent Browser”
net stop “Backup Exec Job Engine”
net stop “Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers”
net stop “Backup Exec Server”
net stop “Backup Exec Device & Media Service”
net stop “MSSQL$BKUPEXEC”
