Very slow access on C drive

I have a IBM server with RAID 5 configured and Windows server 2003 installed. Recently the C drive became very slow. It takes 3-4 minutes to open folders and takes ages to reboot. however I also have a second partition on the RAID 5 and that work normally.

Does anyone know how I can speed up my C drive again?
