Very slow logon to domain from XP Pro

Hi,

Our network consists of a Win2K server, with 20 XP pro laptops connecting into it as members of the domain. The logon can take 2 to 5 minutes though – it all seemed much faster with win98 clients. Is there any setting that can be changed toimprove this speed of logon?
