Vet 10.2.0.16

Vet latest version has caused several problems on windows. eg. restarts machines by themselves, load additional netword card drivers..
I am running nt workstation 4.0, and now I can not access any icons in the control panel. the message says ‘can not find file c:\windows\rundll32.exe’ nt is trying to locate the file in windows instead of winnt directory.
It follows that I can’t uninstall any programs, including vet.
I am beginning to think that vet is the culprit.
Is there another way of changing the path?
