VGA Device Problem

I Have changed my VGA Card from SiS 6326 to Geforce 2 MX 400 Nvidia with 64 MB Video Memmory The System is working Normally but on working I am Encountering some problem while attempting to open some applications or saving some work (not all the time but frequently). The System suddenly hang for 10 Sec and Reboots automatically showing the following message on login to the user area.

Message:
Computer restarted after an unexpected shutdown.Microsoft windows detected a possible device failure

Error signature
szAppName : Drivers.Display szAppVer:53339102029102533
szModName: s3sav2k.dll szModVer: 5.12.1.9016 Offst:FA7106EA

Save Dump Info from Event viewer:
The computer has rebooted from bugcheck. The bug was 0x100000ea (0xff6e3020, 0x8094aaf8, 0x80a382c8, 0x00000001).

My System is Celron 433Mhz/66Mhz, 64 MB SD RAM and MotherBoard Intel Chipset 440BX AGP Set. OS Windows XP Professional.

Please advise me to rectify the problem.
