vga driver problem in windows 2003 server enterprise service pack 1

my system configuratin is as follows:
intel dual core processor-3.0 ghz
intel 946 gzis motherboard
kingston 1 gb ram
seagate 160gb hard disk

my problem is that in i have dual boot on my pc as windows xp and windows server 2003 enterprise sp1. in xp graphics is fine but when i have installed 2003 server, there is graphics problem. i tried to install vga driver through motherboard cd but setup fails.I searched intel site but there is no support for windows server 2003. currently vga is in 4 colors and display is very poor. please help…
