Video card for quiet PC

I’m looking to upgrade my AGP video card. I want one that to one that is good for playing streaming video. I’m not a gamer, so 3D performance is not important.

Here’s the catch. I would really like one that is very quiet, perferably one that has no fan.

Can anyone recommend a good performance video card that is quiet or doesn’t use a fan?
