Video Card problem on NT 4.0

I’m running WinNT 4.0 on an Intel D815EEA, which has the Video card built on Motherboard. This PC was handed to me to repair without any prior knowledge as to what may have caused the video card to only display 16 colors. I need to enable it to display more colors.
