Video card problems..

I have 2 computers that got wet from my basement flooding. (actually the water was comming in through the roof from the first floor and the computers computer got wet from water dripping on them.) One of the computers I dried out fine and works 100%. The other one when i turn it on has no video or beeps or anything. But I can hear the computers mem count up and the HD spin up. Is this a video card problem or could it be an actuall mother board problem?
