Video conferencing over IP (H.323)

Anyone doing this over IP. I tested and liked the Polycom and Radvision MCU. Worked great, even with netmeeting. A bit on the costly side and I am looking for alteratives.
I need to get 4-5 sites up. Multipoint doing H.323 at 384KB each. Bandwidththe an issue.
