Video Driver NEEDED

I Have a Cardinal Video card VGA500PLUS V1.05 #1000049415R00 chip, that I need a video driver to use with Win ME. Can you help me with this??
I tried “driverguide.com” but the say the company Cardinal doesn’t exist.
