video driver problem

I have compaq system running Win NT4 Workstation. I just changed the system board
and loaded service pack 6 hoping that it will
recognize the video driver. Video adapter is
Matrox and getting an error that matrox dll file has a conflict. How can I remove this dll file so I can reload serv pack 6 or the driver? I will appreciate any help.
