SysAdmin’s

I need to ask about using a company’s network for VTC.

Here’s what I want to do.
I want to start a business whereas I come to “a” business and setup the nessecary equiptment to do small or large room VTC over the company’s exsisting T-1 LAN.
I want to do it H.323 over IP and not ISDN.

For instance, if I use a Polycom unit that will require its own IP address on the network or bring my own loaded up laptop (software, sound and webcam enabled) jump on the company’s network and perform.
Will it reck havic on the networks resources ?
Will it be reliable enough?
Will you, as a SysAdmin, object to it and why?
