View all Net connection in Win 2K

I have a Win 2K computer that I cannot get to access our network, only sometimes for only minutes. I reinstalled Windows and I cleared the bios. The transmit LED is Flashing all the time and this is a linksys card but I did try a couple of different ones. Any Ideas?
