View and protect content via router

Visiting minor son whose Dad refuses to put any safety restrictions on Explorer on son’s laptop. Son uses my wireless home network router to gain access to internet, but bu doing so avoids all the safety password protection on all non G rated sites. question #1: How do I view the sites son routed via my router etc.. Linksys and Netgear for wireless access to the internet from his laptop.

question #2: How do I restrict access to only to G rated sites ???

I can’t do it on the lap top or I would as I have all my home computers as the laptop belong’s to the ex. Help please in simple detailed directions please.
