View call notification on all pc’s of home network

We share a modem Internet connection over a small home network of four pc’s. We have a v92 US Robotics modem and our ISP is v92 ready. Our internet connection is “controlled” by a proxy server program (CCProxy). We want to be able to view the call notification window on all the network pc’s. Would a program like MCECallerIDClient work well?
