Viewing the Audit Policy in windows server 2008

Well, i have implemented an audit policy in the active directory.

and my problem is how to i view the logs,for example when a certain user logs in his machine and is authenticated by the domain controller.

How do i view this, and also guide me on how implement a strong audit policy in the AD and where to view the logs.
