Virtual Desktop has Desktop sharing greyed when connected Remotely

I have created Virtual XP Desktops in my network, these virtual dekstops can be logged in from my desk using standard windows remote connection. Once done, I use netmeeting on this virtual desktop to connect to any other physical machine. The desktop share on Physical machine is enabled and I can share desktop of Physical machine but on Virtual machine the Desktop sharing is greyed out. I need to share the Virtual desktop – desktop so if my travel users who are using application on the virtaul desktop face issue I can netmeet and resolve the issue.

P.S. I have checked permission, it is granted to me on netmeeting folder, the .NET version is 2, service pack is upto date, I have removed any other desktop or program sharing software on virtual desktop that could create conflict. I have practically tried all options on internet. Has anyone tried the above settings and can give me a solution?? and no the mnmsrvc service does not start…
