Virtual Office

Hi all, does anyone know how to create a virtual office, and with difference virtual servers for monitoring. E.g ftp, Web server, Voip Department e.t.c. The scenario is that, i want to test different network monitoring tools, but i dont have where i can monitor all this server, hence i am wondering if there is a way i can do this virtually. Please advice. Thanks all
