Virtual PC Printing from USB port

I have an HP (Vista Ultimate) noteboot with Virtual PC version 6.0.156.0 installed running Windows XP pro. Since there are no LPT ports on the computer I have to use the USB port trying to print. I am using a Brother HL-4070 color laser printer. I have not been able to get the printer to print from the USB port. I have also tried a USB to parallel cable and that does not work. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get the printer to print with USB.

It prints fine from the Vista Ultimate operating systems. Its just the Virtual PC that will not print.
