Virus causing problem with Proxy Server

Got a problem with my proxy server. Had a virus screw up my Exchange over the weekend, in the course of straightening that out, MS tech support and I screwed up Proxy. We were able to get it back installed, but now, while I can get out to any siteI want, certain files seem to be “blocked”. No .gif files show up on web
pages, for example. Also, I cannot access any, at least all I tried, ftp sites. I don’t see any filters or anything blocking these items. I tried to restore the folders from a previous backup, but that screwed up Exchange again. Any suggestions what to look for within the console?
