Virus in Downlaod

My system with AVG Anti virus indicates that the Software “virusEasy Photo Mix (exe)”, Has a Virus and would not allow it to run.
Virus Name: Trojan horse Generic2.NXX File name: krnln.fnr Size 539KB
Is the Anti Virus mistaken, any one can explain?
