virus problem

Hi everybody,
I found a new virus which creates a file called tempdata.exe on c drive. this virus will disable all the network services and other options. I couldnot found the virus name also even though i scanned from symantec and avg.
I checked at all forums also regardig this. In some system it disables netbios over tcp ip option even though it is enabled under wins, at cmd prompt pconfig /all it shows netbios over tcp ip is disabled. I cant access net or other network resources
Pls help
