virus…”Spycrush”

I cannot get this spycrush. com from showing itself and redirecting to it’s own site, I have tried to get the trojen from my sons computer but it just won’t leave, goin into the registry to delete left over whatevers did not help, this was the sugestion form microsoft, any one else ?????????
