Visa and server

I just upgraded on of my workstations to vista business. yesterday I got IP address conflicts on my server, (small business server 2003). Today the vista machine is comming up with message telling me that this version of windows will not work with small business server 2003. Pushed button to find help with problem and came back with not help is available at this time. Has anyone heard of a problem with vista business and small business server 2003?
