Vista Blue Screen!

I am fed up of the bluescreen in Vista! I was tyring to install ALcahol software and neglected the Warning, next i get the ‘famous’ blue screen.It had to take me some system installation again cause i dint have a system restore point by then.Guys, so it means we can’t just run Vista without the installation CD next to you?
