vista business on a domain

I have a domian running on a Windows Small Business Server 2003. I have just added a new Vista Business laptop. On the local machine, a could access the internet. Once I logged onto the domain, I could no longer access the internet. I was able to access the server and Outlook 2007 was working. I disabled IPv6 in the domain account and the internet now works but now Outlook 2007 is not working. Any ideas?
