Vista network sharing center

Hi..
I have a copy of Vista Buisness and all of a sudden the network and sharing centre has stoped working and dispayed ‘server execution failed which basicly means i cant change anything to do with the network…
after looking at the services i have noticed that the network discover service will not work..

has anybody else had this problem and if so suggest a remidy?
