Vista Printing Problem

I have a user who goes to print a legal doc. it prints pages 1-3 and page 5. I have selected 1 -5, print all pages, nothing. Finally i reinstalled the local printer with current drivers and it worked for only that day.

She is using a vista SP1 machine and the document is from an online app. running IE7 all other users running Xp IE7 have no issues. This is only for this one document.
