Vista Printing Problems

I am running Windows Vista Basic and Just peformed a reinstallation .due to Vista for some reason after 1 year to the day of running the o/s it decided that it was no longer a genuine copy of Vista. Since the reinstallation every time I try to print I recieve a message that says, “This action is restricted. For more information contact you SYS ADMIN.” Please help me fix this problem. Thanks
