Vista Ultimate purchase with voucher $258.00

I would be pleased if I could find out how to use my MS settlement voucher to purchase an Ultimate version of Vista? I have tried Fry’s electronics, Microsoft (?). Voucher is for $258.00 and is supposed to be transferable. I do not want a knock-off, but I might use a server version.
