Vista Upgrade

I have an upgade CD from a different computer, and would just like to use that for another upgrade. Does anybody know where the cheapest place to buy a licsense would be. Looking for upgrade from home premium to vista business. I know this requires a total rebuild but it is cheaper than the Vista Ultimate.
