Visual Basic / Excel Script for Permissions

Hey all I’m looking for a vb script that pulls values from an excel spreadsheet including an id and server path and assigns that id read share / security permission to that existing share path.

Essentially this script will run on a windows 2003 server. Each user that runs the script already will have admin access to the various servers & folders that the permissions will be assigned to on the excel spreadsheet.

Any direction would be much appreciated!
