Visual Studio.NET setup problems

I ordered a copy of Visual Studio.NET vide order No 3103 but it does not install properly. Initially it took a long time to install and abruptly hanged. When I tried it a second time, the software detects an installation of Visual Studio.NET even though there are no links in the Start Menu or in the list of programs in the Add/Remove
option in Control Panel. If I try to unselect any of the tools and install, the setup screen just disappears even though it continues to show in the
Task List. Iam unable to install the product.

Please help!
