VLAN and ISA configuration

We have VLAN configured 10.x.x.x in Cisco4507 with ISA1 as gateway to route traffic internet, now due to H/W issues i built new ISA box with exact configuration of ISA1 and imported access rules.

Problem i am facing after implementing new ISA box i get every other traffic routed correctly besides my VLAN 10.x.x.x.

I really appreciate any suggestion or help.
