vmware

i installed server 2003 with vmware. After that i installed the guest os. Now the problem is server cannot connect to the guest os but the guest os is. I made the server dc and i logged in the domain through guest os which means guest os doesnt have any problem{i think}. What should i do to connect the server to guest os. I also opened n/w connections opened the guest pc & it showed an error-“cannot open beast{pc name}. you dont have sufficeint rights to access this resource.” Please help!!!???
