VMWare ESX 3 Installation Worksheet

I’m preparing to beging a large virtualization project. We’ll be using ESX 3 on Dell PowerEdge 2950 servers. Does anyone have a good resource or a EXS installaion worksheet to help me through the steps I should be remembering?
