VMWare Monitoring

I am using VMware as my virtualization Platform.

I have 4 VMWare Host machines that have aobut 10 virtual servers each on them.

today i walked into the server room and foind a hdd with a amber light mening it was bad. i was wondering if there were any monitoring tools that could be used that would provide me with a alert when a hss is down and are malfuntioning.
