VNC and a Dlink Router

How/If is it possible to setup the dlink router DL-704 to accept a address of 192.168.168.X. What I would like to do is setup VNC on my computer at home, and access it through the router from any place that has an internet connection. I have 4 machines hooked up to the router. I have emailed Tech support for this but have had no reply.
