VoIP using CISCO 1601 Routers

I’m using a CISCO 2600 Series Router at my main office and I have CISCO 1601 at the remote offices, all connected via frame relay to the main office.

We’re thinking of implementing VoIP, can I do traffic prioritization with the 1600s? Also, will they have any problems handling both data and Voice.
