VPN

In regards to VPN’s for a small business, why would I get a Linksys EtherFast Cable/DSL VPN Router w/ 4-Port Switch (BEFVP41)
over a Linksys EtherFast Cable/DSL Firewall Router w/ 4-Port Switch /VPN EndPoint (BEFSX41)?
Other than one has the firewall? What does it mean VPN Endpoint? And would I need a VPN router for the client as well as the server?
