VPN Access

We’re looking into changing our remote strategy, and I’m looking for some info, maybe white papers, on the pros and cons of installing company VPN software (we use Cisco) on personal, non-company computers instead of using a Citrix/TSE/PC Anywhere type solution, anyone got any pointers on where I can start?
