I set up a VPN server on a Windows Enterprise Server 2003 64bit, and got it running with full functionality. Ever since then there are now 2 entries for that computer in the DNS records. This is causing problems with my users who access the computer for other reasons on the network. When they try to connect, often their computer is trying the wrong IP address (the one for the VPN connection), instead of the original IP of the computer.
Is there a way to make VPN work without creating the second IP address? Or is there a way to make it so other computers will connect to the correct IP address of the server?
Thanks!
