VPN between NT 4 PDC and LINUX network

Our company has aquired an overseas firm. The problem is we run an NT4 Domain (Single Master, WAN) and the new company has a local LINUX network under local net IP (10.0.0.0).
I need to setup the services to interact so that I can manipulate the LINUX network resources. Any and all responses would be appreciated.
